Our floor plans are laser measured and drawn up using our in house CAD software to ensure the floor plan is easy to understand and accurate. We include the measurements for each room and note sheds, gazebos, pools and spas so potential buyers know exactly what the property offers.
All plans display agency logos, total home size and north aspect.
Floor plans can be provided as a black and white or colour drawing and we can provide site plans.
We are also able to create Evacuation Plans for holiday homes and other short stay accommodation facilities.
